What Did Revolution Medicines Report On November 4?

Revolution Medicines reported its third-quarter 2026 results that day, marking its first quarter as a commercial-stage company. Rasonque, its pancreatic cancer drug, brought in $198 million of net product revenue from more than 5,000 patients. Management said those sales reflect about five weeks of selling because the FDA approved the drug on August 26, and that they include initial stocking of inventory into the channel.

Management also said it was too early to draw conclusions about where the launch will settle. Part of the early demand came from patients moving over from its expanded access program and from patients who had been waiting for a new treatment, two groups management called finite.

The stock fell on November 5, the session after the report, and then rose on November 6. The second move was smaller than the first, so the shares ended the week below their November 4 close.

Was The Gain Revolution Medicines’ Own?

Yes. The health care sector fund XLV slipped 0.1% the same session, and the Nasdaq Composite index rose 1.1% even though a strong October jobs report sent bond yields higher. Revolution Medicines rose far more than either.

Its peers split. Among the companies on its Trefis peer list, Cardiff Oncology rose 5.3% and Verastem fell 10.3%.

Revolution Medicines Stock Has Swung Like This Before

The stock had four sessions with a rise at least this large in the previous 365 days, and its most recent move of this size in either direction was the fall a session earlier.

Those rises came during a big run. The stock returned 224.0% over the past twelve months, against 9.8% for the S&P 500. Its November 6 close was still 13.1% below its highest close of the year, $221.15 on August 27, 2026. Over the past three months the shares lost 7.1%, against a 4.6% fall for the index.

At that close, the stock traded at 209.2 times its trailing sales, against 3.1 times for the S&P 500. All of those sales came from about five weeks of Rasonque.

Revolution Medicines reports its fourth-quarter 2026 results next, and Rasonque’s net product revenue for those three months is the measure to watch.
