ServiceMaster Global Holdings (NYSE: SERV) – a provider of residential and commercial termite and pest control services – saw its stock decline by close to 20% this week. The sell-off came after the company announced weaker-than-expected preliminary revenues and EPS for Q3 2019. While the company increased its full-year revenue outlook, on account of recent acquisitions, it cut its adjusted EBITDA forecast for the year to between $415 million and $425 million (previously expected at between $435 million and $445 million) Moreover, the company also said that the head of its Terminix Residential operations would be stepping down.
