Restaurant Brands International (NYSE: QSR), the parent company of two iconic brands, Burger King and Tim Hortons, witnessed roughly a  250% increase in net revenues over the last two years due to the addition of Tim Hortons. From 2010 to 2013, Burger King’s revenues declined 50%, as the company shifted its business plan to a 100% franchised model. As a result, over those 3 years, Burger King’s EBITDA grew nearly 46%. The figure further rose 150% from 2013 to 2015, as a result of the merger with Tim Hortons.
