How Is Spirit Airlines Likely To Grow In The Next 2 Years?

Spirit Airlines (NYSE: SAVE) performed quite well in the last year. The company managed to post better-than-expected revenues up about 14% despite falling ticket prices and adverse weather conditions. In general, the company was successful in improving capacity, and this led to a heavier increase in the top-line. Going forward, we expect Spirit to continue to deliver strong revenue growth. In this respect, we expect the company to post revenues of about $3.3 billion in FY 2019.

We have created an interactive dashboard analysis to estimate Spirit’s future revenue based on its expected revenue growth in each of its divisions. Click on the link to modify the figures to arrive at your own price estimate.

Expectations:

  • $354 million revenue growth at Passenger.
  • $332 million revenue growth at Non-Ticket.

We expect revenues at the airline to increase on the back of higher demand, increased capacity, and stronger market expansion. While competitors may dampen the overall growth rate, we expect the airline to stand its ground.
