Incyte (INCY) stock returned 31.4% over the year to October 23, 2026, outpacing the 15.1% return for the S&P 500. A price of $181 would sit 56% above that day’s close, and reaching that level depends on sales growing close to their recent pace. So after that run, what could Incyte shares be worth three years from now?

What Could Incyte Stock Be Worth In Three Years?

Under these assumptions, Incyte stock would be worth about $180.95 in three years, resting 56.4% above the October 23 close. Here is how today’s revenue, margin, earnings and P/E compare with the scenario three years out:

Today In three years (scenario)
Revenue $5.82 billion $10.8 billion
Net margin 27.7% 23.3%
Earnings $1.61 billion $2.52 billion
P/E 14.4 14.4
Share price $115.71 $180.95

This projected gain relies on Incyte selling more drugs as revenue nearly doubles. A lower net margin in the scenario offsets some of that upside, while the P/E provides no lift, remaining steady at today’s level. The sales stem from Jakafi, which brought in $817 million in fiscal Q2 2026, alongside a group of newer drugs such as the Opzelura cream and the hematology and oncology drugs Niktimvo, Monjuvi and Zynyz.

Incyte Has To Keep Selling More Beyond Jakafi

To realize this gain, Incyte must keep growing its newer drugs alongside Jakafi. Management said Jakafi sales rose 7% in fiscal Q2 2026, while sales of the business excluding Jakafi increased 127% to $671 million. A one-time, non-cash benefit from a settlement with the U.S. government over Medicaid rebates tied to Opzelura accounted for part of the quarter’s growth. Excluding that benefit, total net sales grew 17%. Management expects the business outside Jakafi to reach $3 billion to $4 billion in net sales by 2030.

Management’s own forecast covers only fiscal 2026, meaning it does not directly test the scenario’s three years of revenue growth. That guide covers total net sales of $5.13 billion to $5.26 billion, about 18% to 21% above the $4.35 billion of product sales Incyte reported for 2025. In contrast, the three-year scenario models total revenue—a broader figure that stood at $5.14 billion in 2025—compounding at 22.9% annually to reach $10.8 billion.

What Would Incyte Stock Return In Other Scenarios?

Here is the three-year upside when one assumption changes and the others stay as in the scenario:

If instead Upside
Nothing changes (the scenario) 56.4%
Revenue growth of 20.9% a year instead of 22.9% 48.9%
Net margin of 13.2% in year three instead of 23.3% -11.7%
5 years at the same assumptions instead of 3 136.2%

Incyte starts from an unusually high margin. Its net margin over the twelve months to June 2026 was 27.7%, compared with an average of 13.2% at the twelve quarter ends before it. Revenue growth has also climbed each year, moving from 9.8% in the twelve months to June 2024 to 18.9% in the twelve months to June 2025. Growth reached 26.9% in the twelve months to June 2026, a figure that includes the one-time $246 million settlement benefit, and the scenario sets its pace at 85% of that figure.

Revenue growth could slow from the scenario’s 22.9% a year to 5.9% before three years of owning the stock return nothing, assuming the margin and P/E remain as projected. The net margin in three years could fall from the scenario’s 23.3% to 14.9% before that happens. On the same terms, the P/E could decline from 14.4 to 9.2.

Incyte is expected to report its fiscal Q3 2026 results in October 2026. Total net sales, set against the fiscal 2026 guide, will be the measure to watch in that report.
