Shares of Everpure (P) climbed 86.8% between April 29 and October 26, 2026, while the S&P 500 returned 8.2%. During those six months, the storage company raised its full-year forecast twice, announced a supply agreement with a second top-five hyperscaler on August 10, and laid out a new long-term outlook at its September 23 analyst meeting. How much of that has already shown up in Everpure’s sales?

Everpure’s Sales Growth Has Nearly Tripled
Only part of it has. In fiscal Q2 2027, Everpure’s revenue grew 37.7% from a year earlier, compared with 12.7% growth in the same quarter of fiscal 2026. On the August 26 call, management said the gain came from higher prices and customers buying larger systems, even as the number of systems sold fell. Product revenue grew 54% to $687 million in the quarter, management said.
Management also lifted its fiscal 2027 revenue forecast to between $5.030 billion and $5.070 billion, compared with $3.663 billion in fiscal 2026. The August 10 agreement is not yet in those figures. Management expects almost no revenue from it in fiscal 2027 and a meaningful ramp starting in fiscal 2028.
Buyers Now Pay Much More For Everpure’s Sales
Valued against sales from the four quarters ended August 2, 2026, Everpure stock traded at 6.2 times those sales at the end of June and reached 10.3 times at the October 26 close. Based on earnings, the stock traded at 172.6 times its latest twelve months of profit, against 22.9 for the S&P 500.
The shares advanced after the September 23 meeting, where management set fiscal 2028 revenue targets of $7 billion to $7.3 billion, news reports said. Everpure did not rise alone, however: Dell Technologies stock gained 128% over the same six months, more than Everpure.
Gross Margin At Everpure Has Slipped
Faster sales growth has not lifted the share of each sale that Everpure keeps. That share has edged down. Gross margin came in at 68.4% in fiscal Q2 2027, compared with 70.2% in fiscal Q2 2026. Over the three intervening quarters, it ranged from 68.7% to 72.3%. During the August 26 call, management said the rapid increase in semiconductor cost continues to affect the industry, and that it intends to keep its product margin at the low end of its own range to win growth and market share.
Separate from the August 10 agreement, management expects hyperscale product deployments, which it says earn higher margins, to help product gross margin as volumes ramp in the second half of fiscal 2027. Everpure is expected to report its fiscal Q3 2027 results in November 2026, and gross margin is the figure to watch in that report.
