What Did Arxis Report And Forecast?

Arxis reported third-quarter revenue of $564 million, a 36% increase from a year earlier, while analysts expected $540.5 million. Management said on an October 29 call that organic growth, which excludes acquisitions, reached 29%, helped by higher production on existing platforms. The company added that its Electronic Components and Mechanical Components segments grew at similar rates.

The company raised its 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $2.05 billion to $2.07 billion, an increase of $90 million at the midpoint. Arxis also introduced guidance for 2027, projecting revenue of $2.4 billion to $2.5 billion. Management said the 2027 forecast represents organic growth of 10% to 15%. For 2026, management said the new midpoint means about 29% growth, including 22% organic growth.

The adjusted EBITDA margin, a profit measure the company defines itself, reached 45.4%. Management said it would not call that result a new standard. Price increases registered at a high single digit in the quarter, compared with the usual mid single digit. Management said the margin came from those higher prices and from costs spread over more sales.

Did The Sector And Peers Fall With Arxis?

Yes, though by less than Arxis. XLI, the fund that tracks the industrials sector, lost 1.6% that session. The companies on the Trefis peer list for Arxis all fell between 1.5% and 4.4%. That group is TransDigm, Heico, Amphenol, TE Connectivity and Parker Hannifin.

News reports linked the broad drop in U.S. stocks that day to a selloff in artificial-intelligence stocks, following disappointing earnings reports from Amazon and Intel. During the previous session on October 29, the day of the Arxis call, the stock rose 1.5%.

Where Arxis Stock Stands After The Drop

A fall this large is rare for Arxis. The stock had dropped this much in one session once in the prior 365 days, though it had moved this much in either direction eight times. Arxis only began trading in April 2026, after its initial public offering, so that record covers about six months.

Friday’s close of $50.82 left the stock below its highest close of the past year, $59.99 on August 7. The lowest close of the past year occurred on May 18 at $34.05. Arxis returned 44.7% from May 1 to October 30, against 5.4% for the S&P 500. From the close on October 1 to Friday’s close, the stock returned 6.9%, while the index lost 1.1%.

At Friday’s close, Arxis stock traded at 11.0 times the company’s sales over the last twelve months, against 3.2 times for the S&P 500.

Arxis is expected to report its fourth-quarter 2026 results in January 2027, and its adjusted EBITDA margin is the number to watch. Management said on the October 29 call that price increases will return to mid single digits in the fourth quarter, which has fewer working days. The company added that acquisitions will lower the margin by about 100 basis points.

Does This Mean You Should Act On ARXS?

Our purpose is to inform you with unique data so you make the right investment decisions. That said, betting on a single stock is always risky, no matter which direction you choose.

There is a smarter approach. Since its inception, the Trefis High Quality (HQ) Portfolio has returned 105%, beating the benchmark that combines the three major indices – the S&P 500, S&P Mid-cap, and Russell 2000. And it did so without taking the concentrated risk that comes with do-it-yourself stock picking. If that is how you want to invest, the HQ Portfolio is the place to start.
