Twitter’s (NYSE:TWTR) Revenue Per International User declined from around $13.40 in 2019 to around $11 in 2020. Trefis expects the metric to recover to around $12.80 in 2021 and rise to around $13.30 in 2022.
While the metric declined in 2020 due to Covid-19, we expect long-term growth to be driven by higher engagement amid new feature introductions and higher ad loads.
We don’t think the projected growth in Twitter’s revenues is priced into the stock. We value Twitter stock at about $70 per share, about 30% ahead of the current market price.
