Multinational American companies have taken the brunt of the stronger U.S. dollar all through last year, including the major fast-moving consumer goods companies The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO), PepsiCo (NYSE:PEP), and Dr Pepper Snapple (NYSE:DPS).  However, Dr Pepper has benefited from its low presence in international markets, as a large portion of its revenue comes from the domestic market, thus, relatively shielding it from the adverse effects of currency translations.
