  • For the last several years, the Trefis team has forecast that iPhone ASP will drop precipitously, and they never revisit this assumption despite the fact that iPhone ASPs have risen YoY for each of the the past 5 quarters, and they are currently near all-time highs. The actual ASPs for 2015 are over $200 per unit higher than what the Trefis team forecast five years ago for the 2105 ASP. As this has a huge impact on the AAPL valuation, please strive for more realism and accuracy. When will the team admit their mistake, their past mistakes, and pay attention to the actual trends?
