That why its market share is so high for the most part since OEM can easily design a thin laptop with long battery life. However AMD looks very competitive in 2015 since its carrizo igp with improve with the reduction in bandwidth requirements through the use of delta color loss compression and its cpu performance should see a nice improvement just as what we say with mobbile kaveri. Also power consumption will be competitive to intel since the fusion controller hub is integrated and the use of a mature 28nm process that has been refined over the years.
