AT&T’s international operations should grow by close to 25% over the next five years, driven partly by its Mexican wireless operations, which should see subscriber growth amid favorable regulations aimed at reducing the dominance of market leader America Movil, while strengthening smaller players in the market. AT&T is also investing significantly in expanding its high-speed mobile Internet service across Mexico, and this could expand its addressable market.  The carrier’s Latin American video entertainment unit could also see growth, amid higher penetration of pay TV services, although currency headwinds in markets such as Brazil could hurt growth.
