News Corp (NASDAQ:NWSA) is expected to announce its fiscal fourth quarter results on Monday, August 8. Despite a 7% decline in revenue in fiscal Q3, we expect the company’s fourth quarter revenues to increase due to its cost saving initiatives, expansion of the digital real estate business and less of an impact from foreign currency fluctuations.

We expect the growth momentum in News Corp’s digital real estate segment to continue, driven by its strong presence in Australia and the acquisition of iProperty in the Southeast Asian markets. In line with the growth plan, the media giant is also planning to roll out Showcase 2.0 to provide direct links to leads for realtors and buyers in fiscal 2017. However, News Corp will continue to face difficult conditions in advertising, particularly in the print ad market. nwsapre1
