Constant Contact (NASDAQ:CTCT) has launched a new social media marketing tool, Social Campaigns, which enables small businesses to run social media marketing campaigns on networks like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. [1] It enables users to create landing pages on Facebook, and then promote it on multiple social networks. It also offers a wide range of analytics and metrics so that customers can easily measure the impact of their social marketing campaign and improve it further. Constant Contact’s social marketing product competes primarily with Salesforce.com‘s (NASDAQ:CRM) new Radian6 Social Marketing Cloud as well as digital marketing tools by Adobe (NASDAQ:ADBE) and other companies like Eventbrite, iContact and Surveymonkey.

Constant Contact generates almost all its revenues from content marketing, which is comprised of email marketing, event marketing, online survey tools as well as social media marketing. The content marketing business accounts for more than 80% of Constant Contact’s $25 Trefis price estimate, which is nearly 2% above its current stock price.
