Avon’s fashion products division contributes to around 15% of its revenues and around 17% of our stock price valuation for the company. Though Avon is the leader in the global direct selling beauty business, the company has been on a downhill journey since 2011. However, post the investment from Cerberus Capital and the sell-off of 80% of its weak North American business, Avon has undertaken multiple steps to streamline operations and manage costs. Avon is gradually seeing some improvements in its performance, and we recently revised Avon Products’ stock price upwards  shortly after the company’s Q2 2016 earnings results. We expect Avon’s fashion products’ revenues to increase by a CAGR of ~2% over the next 5 years.
