Ameritrade’s Sees Growth Across All Monthly Brokerage Metrics In April

Ameritrade saw all of its key monthly metrics improve in April. End of period brokerage accounts were up 5% y-o-y, while the company’s daily average trades rose 3% in the period. Furthermore, average assets under management saw a slight increase of 1% in the period. Average interest earning assets continued to grow impressively, at a growth rate of 12% y-o-y, attributable to the hike in interest rates implemented by the Fed at the end of 2015.
