Will The Americas Continue To The Dominant Source Of Revenue For Adobe In 2016?
Adobe (NASDAQ:ADBE) derives a growing majority of its revenues from the Americas. The primary reason for this increase has been the growth in Digital Media and Digital Marketing revenue in the Americas. While Americas revenues have been increasing, revenues from Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) and Asian pacific countries (APAC) have been more or less constant. Based on the H1-2016 results, we believe that this trend will continue in 2016 as well on the back of strong adoption of digital marketing tools in the U.S. Additionally, as more users in the Americas are leverage Adobe technology to produce their work, this region will continue to from a significant portion of Adobe’s revenues.
