Accenture (NYSE:ACN) reported its Q2 results for FY2016 on 24th March, Thursday. (Fiscal years end with August.) The company reported better than expected results and guidance for FY16. This was also reflected in the stock price, which increased by over 6% by the end of the closing hours on Thursday. Furthermore, the company reported record bookings for its consulting division, while the outsourcing division continued to struggle as competition intensified in this increasingly commoditized sector.
