For the most part he was correct. Part of Apple's success was due to Job's 'cool' image. Tim Cook does not seem 'cool'. He is a bean counter and Jobs' leadership has not been replaced.Therefore I believe Apple's 'cool' maketing and sales attribute factor will diminish and so will sales and margins.
