I never believe that PCs is in decline due to the rise of mobile computing.. it is just that PCs is a real hassle to run.. PCs is much better than tiny mobile computing, but MIcrosoft are too paranoid about allowing anyone to make identical copies of their hard drives for back up purposes for fears that they would put them in second computers for free... All I really want from Microsoft is to be able to make an identical backup of my hard drive for storage in case my PC breaks down , I would have an identical hard drive to replace with.. I dont want to be bothered with choosing which folders or files to back up... Just copy the whole friggin hard drive and forget ! once a month or so..
