Comparing the average ad-prices is a bit like apples-to-oranges right now. Most of the ad money is generated from top-rated shows. So, a channel which airs shows for only 5hrs with full prime time and only a small bit of daytime will have a significantly higher ad-pricing that something like Nick, which airs 24/7 and where the programming is also spread over the total day. This is the reason Fox has a better pricing than other networks (CBS, etc.)
