Yes, this is average billing rate per Accenture's consultant. Of course as you have stated billing rate will commensurate with an individual consultant's skill set and experience levels. In addition, competitors pricing also plays major role in bad economic times. <br> <br>To keep the maths simple and assuming any typical project team would comprise of consultants of junior, mid and senior levels, we have averaged the billing rate. This bill rate for historical years have been calculated using the formula <br><br>Bill Rates = Revenues / (Headcount * Utilization * Total Billable Hours)
